Breeders:
Breeders should be able to breed any type of Pokemon they want, but they should also have land in order to do this. The land should cost some money, but not a ton so beginner members can't afford it. First there should be a Beginner Breeder Lands where people have a choice of where they want to start breeding.
1.) They choose 2 types of Pokemon and receive 3 choices out of those types, like in the lab, when starting off.
But once they receive one type of Pokemon of 2 different types, they receive 1 male, 1 female. This is so they have a "Team" of 4 Pokemon, all pure breed Pokemon.
2.) Breeders should be allowed to train their Pokemon.
If their Pokemon are always at Level 5 or so, there won't be any fun in really breeding them. Breeders should be allowed to train their Pokemon to make them strong, this could also effect the type of Egg Moves the baby Pokemon know once they hatch. Training is just as important for genetics as anything else. Perhaps the stronger the parents, the better the children?
3.) Different Lands on the number of Pokemon.
If the Breeder stayed in the same small piece of land they started in, then it would be overflowing with eggs and Pokemon. If they can get bigger pieces of land for the Pokemon they breed, they don't have to worry about room for their Pokemon.
4.) Selling and Trading.
Breeders should have the right to sell their productions or trade them for other Pokemon. This would allow the Breeder to breed better Pokemon with special items maybe and to make a living.

Coordinators:[/u]
Coordinators raise Pokemon for contest, so thus they must be beautiful. The Pokemon are pampered and raised under special conditions in order to achieve perfection in every aspect.
1.) A special place where Pokemon can be pampered.
The Coordinator Pokemon can come to a special place for grooming, bathes, and even to train specially in their best moves. This place would cost money of course, but the Coordinators could also buy outfits for themselves here.
2.) Training is a must.
If a Coordinator is entering a "Cool" contest, who says scars aren't cool? They must train their Pokemon because stronger Pokemon are more attractive than weak Pokemon. Yes babies are cute and adorable, but they couldn't compete against a beautiful, powerful Arcanine.
3.) Coordinators could buy Pokemon or give Pokemon to Breeders.
If a Coordinator wants a Pokemon bred for it's beauty with one for it's power, they go to a Breeder in order to have the egg. This price will vary from Breeder to Breeder. Or if a Coordinator's Pokemon is ready to retire, a Breeder could bred it for it's genes and beauty to carry on it's legacy.

That's all for now~!
