Tsuki left the lab, the Ralts in her arms as she tried to think of a name for him. It would be pretty hard, he was a male Ralts, rare in the least. The Ralts was smiling the whole way as they walked onto the city trail. It was already night time, and Tsuki was looking around carefully, still thinking of a name for her Ralts. "How about...Mourning?"
"Well, that sounds a little depressing but OK~!" Tsuki jumped in shock at the voice that seemed to be in her head, almost dropping the newly dubbed Mourning.
"What the!?" Tsuki exclaimed, falling down, quickly sitting up as she stared at Mourning.
"Please don't be so shocked~! I'm a Psychic type~! I can speak to you though your mind, you're reading my thoughts like I can read yours~!" Mourning chuckled, walking over to Tsuki to tug at her pants leg. "Come on, Tsuki~! Let's get going! I'm eager to train with you and to find new companions on our journey!"
"Well...I'll be damned..." Tsuki muttered under her breath and stood up, picking up Mourning and placing him on her shoulder as she continued walking. "So you can hear my thoughts huh? That will be helpful for some battles, don't you think?" Mourning nodded and laughed.
"Oh course, Tsuki, I'm glad I got to be your partner~! We're going to make a great team~!"

 Lv. 4 Moveset: Growth, Absorb Budew was wandering a father from home than usual, reaching the gates of Grove Town. "Budewww!" the small grass seed Pokemon yelled triumphantly as it was crossing the boundrey line. This Budew is the most ambitious and dare-devilish of its siblings and it was determined to travel where no Budew had been before! It started to stumble faster into the depths of the town but was stopped short as it ran into an obstacle in front of it. Budew realized it had done a little too much exploring as it looked scared up into the trainers eyes. |

Tsuki looked at the Budew and smiled. She loved these things for some off reason. Mourning looked at her, sensing her happiness. He hoped down and smiled at the Budew.
<Hi, my name is Mourning, and you are?> He asked, smiling at the Pokemon. <This is my trainer Tsuki, she's alright once you get used to her.> Tsuki listened to Mourning talk, just hearing "Ralts Ralts Ralts."
<Do you like adventure?> Mourning now asked, still smiling, waiting for the response.
Tsuki smiled and knelled down behind Mourning, glancing at the Moon. They have a good 11 hours before sun rise thankfully. So she wouldn't have to go to sleep anytime soon. Great, more time to explore and get some new team members.

The Budew watched as the Ralts leaped to the ground. He was battered with so many questions and wasn't sure how to take it, "Well, I don't really have a name. My family members call me Bud though." He said kind of timidly to Mourning. Adventure had never sounded better to Bud but he was unsure of a journey so far from home. Budew had never been in a battle before, and if he could win that would be the ultimate story to tell his siblings. Bud took a few steps back and gave Mourning a challenging stare "How about a battle!" |

"He wants to battle, Tsuki. That OK~?" Tsuki sighed, still not used to that voice in her head.
"Yeah! Sure!" She said, standing up and smiling. "OK, Mourning! Use Shadow Sneak!" Mourning got ready and smiled as his shadow sneaked along the ground, going towards the Budew. Tsuki smiled to herself, her first battle. She saw other trainers do it during her travels, so she knew a little about it. Not much, but just enough maybe she could capture this Pokemon?

((OOC: Not using Mod accounts anoymore so don't get confused xD)) The Budew's challenge was accepted and it did not take long for the battle to begin. Mourning started off with an attack that left Bud confused, "where did you go?!" The Budew said looking frantically to each side and above itself, until a quick dead on hit from Mourning's shadow sneak sent him flying a few feet. Bud shook himself off and used growth, letting his whole body expand a size bigger. |

Mourning smiled as he reappeared where he was standing, feeling the pride that swelled up inside Tsuki. "Great attack, Mourning! Use it again!" Mourning nodded happily and used the same attack, ready to attack again to make Tsuki proud, she liked that feeling.
"I'll do my best!" He said as he got ready to attack, hoping that it would hit with power.

((Basically once it is tired and had a few dead on hits you can go ahead and throw one on your next reply, i need to mod that somehow. o.o)) Bud noticed that Mourning was going to use the same sneaky attack as the last. The Budew tried to brace itself, but Mourning came at such unexpected moments, and the shadow sneak hit dead on once again, sending Bud flying. 'I have to get up!' Bud though to himself but the exhaustion was too much and he fell injured. "You're too strong!" He said breathless to Mourning. He thought to himself that this is it and he would be captured by this trainer. |

Mourning smiled at Tsuki and waved his arms around. "Now's your chance!" He said. Tsuki nodded and took out a pokeball and threw it, seeing it tap the Budew of the head. Mourning waited happily, if it didn't work, then that would be fine, he could fight it again! But this was a big moment for his trainer, her first caught Pokemon.
"So uh, do I wait now?" Tsuki asked, seeing Mourning nod at her with a smile.

A pokeball came soaring at Bud as he let the red stream engulf him and take him to the space of a pokeball. The pokeball jiggled around a few times until it fell still and all was quiet, the Budew had been captured.

Tsuki stared at the pokeball and looked to Mourning. "Did we win?" She asked, seeing Mourning nod happily.
"Yeah! We have a new team mate! We did it Tsuki!" He cheered happily, feeling overjoyed when Tsuki smiled and patted him on the head.
"I couldn't have done any of this without you, ya know, Mourning." Tsuki walked over to the pokeball and smiled at it, wondering where to go to heal him. "What should we call our new friend?" She asked Mourning, seeing him start to wonder.
"Let's call him....Thorn!"
