you guys keep asking for more staff Because I really like this site a lot already, and I just want to help! I've always wanted to become a mod at a site but I've never bucked up the courage to apply. Honestly I just really love RPing so any reason to spend more time on it is appreciated. Also we need a male staff member :3

No- willing to learn! (As evidenced by my plentiful questions)

Why do you believe you would be a good candidate for this position?
I'm a pretty friendly person and get along well with people so I would be a good representative of the site as a whole. Also I have no life so could mod quite often, and I like to think that I'm a fairly good RPer so my posts would be of good quality and I'd update pretty often. I'm here for the long haul, and I'm not going to flake out in a month or anything like that, either, and would probably be interested in taking on more responsibilities and such as the site continues to grow.

Reason For Application?
Well for starters I am completely in love with both RPing and Pokemon. Also I've done some forum design and am a member of MANY different Role Plays, which kind of points to me not having a life >.>. Also I have a ton of free time as it is summer and i recently got my own laptop so I can be on call at any time that I am needed.

Yes- I am the owner and Head Admin of both Legions of Eirnas, and Daemonic Assault RPs

Why do you believe you would be a good candidate for this position?
As previously stated I have a lot of Moderating experience. I don't bias easily, so in cases of argument I can be a calm, neutral party to help reach a resolution. I have a part-time job but it doesn't take up much of my schedule so I still have almost one-hundred percent free time. I am not one to abandon a position suddenly or without warning or justifiable cause. If i become a Mod I will uphold the postion the utmost of my capabilities. Period.

I love Pokemon, and I love to RP; when it comes to administering, I'm loving what I see here, and I'd like to do my part in assisting if it's needed. Knowing where your stengths lie, I know that I could provide my help with Gym Leader posts and particularly even Contests but I know that might not be the best because my charrie is a Coordinator, but if I must Mod the contests I'm not in, that might be a possibility? But again, enough rambling ^__^ I love to help, I'd love to help a high in potential Pokemon site like this one and I believe I can offer my help specifically with Gyms and Contests

Yes I have but none that I can put here for witnessing; most of those sites were down due to inactivity but no failure due to bad moderation I assure you! ^__^

Why do you believe you would be a good candidate for this position?
I'm the kind of guy that likes to help while being one of the most organized persons I know (I get that a lot #shame). I had some Moderating experience, and I go according to reason so I'm a fair individual. I'm a friendly person while at the same time knowing how to take things seriously. Although I'm about to start work, I may not be the most active guy but I do make time for whatever interests me, and my interest in Pokemon and this site is no question. As with whatever I do in life, I will do my best to fulfil whatever comes my way as a Mod.

Since I have been a moderator before and know how to preform the job assigned to me.

Have you been or are you a staff currently on another site?
Yes. I have been NPC Overseer and second in command on Pokemonsters Live! when our Admin is missing from action.

Why do you believe you would be a good candidate for this position?
Since I have been in charge of monitoring other NPC Moderators and have made sure they did their jobs correctly and to the fullest of their ability. It was a hard job but I always enjoyed doing it. Then again being waited on feels good to xD Instead of rushing to the post.

Oh, I won't be here for a week also, starting Monday so tomorrow ^^

you guys need more wild pokemods, and i will have lots of time on my hands now. and i really like this site, so I want it to be awesome and active. and stuff.

yes, i've been staff on a couple different sites, mostly admin or global moderator, and i've helped create a site with a friend before (but she did most of the coding ;>_>).

Why do you believe you would be a good candidate for this position?

• i'm good at making characters on the spot, which is helpful if i'm going to be a wild pokemod, so then I can create good wild pokemon for the trainers to catch/battle.

Yes. A lot. Every ten sites I join, I end up joining the staff of seven or eight. The other two or three is because I didn't feel like being in a position of power for a while.

Why do you believe you would be a good candidate for this position?
Because I'm capable; I wouldn't be signing up for such a position if I didn't believe I was. I have about seven years experience as an RPer, and out of those seven, six have been spent in staff positiions, more notably administration positions. I can't draw for shit, but I image manipulate like a motherfucker, and the same thing goes for skins and CSS coding. I can mod every/any where (My GMing has been previously described as "cruel, but fair."), I can yell at rule-breakers, I'm basically a jack of all trades. I would be lying if I said I was an incompetent leader. I've singlehandedly revived seemingly dead sites in more than one occasion, and I've taken all the weight on my shoulders in the several common occasions when the lead admin takes a permanent leave of absence. Why do I want the position? I'll stress it again: I'm capable as shit.
